Personality

          Ifrit is Iris’s older, less sociable brother who is almost always hiding away somewhere with a collection of books. He genuinely enjoys studying, spending most of his free time on the pursuit of gathering as much knowledge about the world as he can. Like his sister, Ifrit is also a witch. He primarily focuses on divination and communicating to spirits. Despite his young age, he is a highly sought-after advisor in the field due to his scholarly expertise. Ironically, given how interested he is in the spiritual side of things, Ifrit is actually quite materialistic and often pursues fleshly desires. Because of this, he prefers expensive-looking fabrics, such as faux fur, and usually wears many layers of both clothing and jewelry, often including long, dangling earrings. Additionally, his hands are always adorned in way too many silver rings and his nails are often freshly painted. While he tends to stick towards black clothing, reds and purples also find their way into his wardrobe. 

         The intimidating air he carries around him is not just for show. Ifrit is incredibly judgmental and cold to those he isn’t close to, which would be most people. He thinks the best number of friends to have is, like, two, I guess? Anything else is dead weight. The past means nothing to him and, while he keeps a protective eye on Iris, he would rather preserve himself than save someone else. His skepticism of others comes from the belief he has that everyone he meets is secretly plotting against him. This is probably because he is secretly plotting against them.
